Lara Shadwick, has let us know that her Father, Larry Maas (Jun-56) passed away on November 15, 2015.
He is survived by son Larry Maas, daughter Lara (Philip) Shadwick, and grandchildren Ellie and Colt.

Holly Strains let us know that her mother Bette Jane Schindler (Bette Hedeen Schindler, class of January 1944) passed away on September 14, 2015.
Our deepest condolences go out to the Schindler family.
Bette graduated from Steinmetz High School in Chicago along with Hugh Hefner whose picture is next to hers in the yearbook. She was a secretary until she married her beloved husband Vern. They both ran Flossmoor Pharmacy where Bette enjoyed socializing with all the customers. They enjoyed traveling across the US and retired to Bayonet Point, Florida. Bette always had a Schnauzer in her life. She was loved by many and will be missed by more.
